Sunset is officially at 2252hrs, and sunrise at 0416hrs...

HHT - This Should be Interesting!!

Oyvey.  Finally sold the house here in Cool Pool.  Just waiting for the last condition to be lifted, which should be done by Tuesday.  So HHT to the Knife is planned accordingly!!  Will fly up there on Wednesday.  Only a 2-hour flight and even booking so late was less than $500.  Pretty good!!

The thing is: the market up there is wild.  You think Cool Pool is crazy??  You ain't seen nothing yet.  Mobile homes start at $300K.  Double-wides are around $360-380K.  Modular homes that still look like double-wides start at $400K.  Yikes!!  And there are only a handful of places to look at.  I literally have only one place, that just came on the market, that is a hopeful.  And here's hoping that it stays on the market until I get there!!

Otherwise, there are a few places that are possibilities, but that have been on the market for awhile.  Varying degrees of issues - next to commercial lots, that sort of thing.  We will see how this goes...

Goin' North of 60!!!

Hallelujah, off to The Knife this summer to work at JTF-N HQ!!!!  House in Cool Pool currently on the market and just waiting patiently for it to sell and I can get up there to start exploring.  If all goes accordingly to Hoyle (what does that mean, anyway?), I will be hitting the road on 5 July, arriving in YZF on 8 July and moving into new abode on 9 July. Rock 'n' roll.
